  • MillarRich is a DIDD, DCS, ECF CHOICES, VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, and CHOICES licensed agency that specializes in providing Family Model Residential, Employment, and Technology Services for individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities throughout the middle Tennessee region. Our services encompass all age groups, and our organization includes departments dedicated to supporting children, youth, transitional-aged youth, adult, and aging populations.  

  • MillarRich has been engaged in Tennessee’s Technology First Initiative since 2017. MillarRich has a SHIFT Technology First Certification and has received grants to develop experiential programs and curriculum designed to provide greater access and education for clients.  

  • MillarRich has been awarded technology certification through the state to operate as a technology provider and vendor for all clients, including those utilizing state waivers and managed care budgets. MillarRich is one of only a few state providers in Tennessee with a dedicated Enabling Technology Department whose scope and mission are to develop service models around new technologies, target innovative fields such as VR, AR, and AI for services, and provide direct support to transitional-aged youth seeking greater independence through technology implementation. 

  • MillarRich is a Technology First certified provider through SHIFT with service relationships with the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee (BCBST), UnitedHealthcare(UHC), Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and the Department of Children’s Services(DCS).  

These relationships have positioned MillarRich to see the trajectory of services for neurodiverse and IDD populations in Tennessee to include technology, employment, and independent transportation.
